Innish : Love! Innish's outside Photo Album

Me and my monkey... : Actually, it isn't my monkey.  His name is Rufus, and he lives with the owner of the shamanic lodge where I stayed in the Amazon.

Red Rocks near Las Vegas : I hiked along the red rocks just outside of Las Vegas. I'm thinking the trail was the Calico Tanks; there is a largish natural waterhole at the top of the trail, and from there you can see the casinos of Las Vegas. Even so, it was an absolutely lovely hike on a perfect day.

84 Westfalia : Driving along 395 beside the Eastern Sierra mountains. I'm really close to Mt. Whitney and on the other side of Yosemite.  Before the trip, I removed the VW logo from the grill and replaced it with a peace sign.  It's a bit silly, but it makes me smile whenever I see it.

Death Valley Morning : On the road with Kuokomele, my 84 Westy. We're at an overlook of the Death Valley in the morning.

Snowstorm in Sedona : Snowstorm in Sedona. I was sitting on the top of the vortex during this wonderful view.  March, 2008

Venetian woman washing clothes : I saw this woman hanging her wash on the trees in the public square on one of the islands just outside of Venice. The light was beautiful, she was beautiful, and the scene was heartwarming.

kuokomele : My trusty Westy, somewhere in the Eastern Sierra mountains. I think I was on my way up to Lone Pine to see the Methusela(sp)  tree, which is the oldest living thing on the planet.  Highly recommended.... it's south of Mono Lake off Hwy 395.
